is it illegal to sell a share and short a stock? no. Is OM report insider information?, no they were just asking questions on the publically available information

Have the hedge funds ganged up on ISX , I suspect so once they saw some potential blood on the street.

OM report is insider information if anyone gets access to it prior to general publication and takes action by shorting the stock knowing it will have a negative impact on share price!
