Regal don't hold ISX.

There are no public details on the nature of the raid.

ISX was held by Regal earlier in their investment life, but so did other small cap managers.

Regal have been in trouble with ASIC before, they are known to operate on legal fringes. They seem to get an "informational" edge from some of their relationships with brokers. Well that's what Phil Kings brother was charged for.
