Hey Dwuuuu tell me where you have read or heard that the restart has now been put off until 2015/16.
Yes Abe has had plenty of time to restart nuclear energy but after a event like what happened it would have been political suicide to have seriously considered this so soon after.
The restart will happen this year IMO they're just waiting for cabinet approval which is almost certain.
Now time for a beer!!
