Dunno why $4 is so funny, If shale flows 25% liquids would seem easily achievable to me and BPT who have all the data seem pretty confident of this. Why would they put it in the press if they were not?
I used to take notice of other peoples price speculations but not since AVB. I remember when they had a MC of $10mil (sp 2c)and a NPV project of $100mil, being laughed out of town suggesting they could get to 8c, sold 2months later for 22c.
