Downside of course, as Chubbito points out, is that PDN, while not HAVING to sell for another 6-12 months, would LIKE to lock something in now - so no doubt some form of discount in there, plus some awkwardness in the balance of negotiating power.
Sort of depends if it's a dutch auction with >1 bidder or not.
Be fascinated if the Japanese are back in. Assumed the Chinese are - French? Who knows.
