At the moment they have 100% of the assert that is required to service 650 m in debt , they will have 75% of the same asset that will be required to service a little over half the debt. How is that not better .
The secret to serviceability is cash flow growth which can only happen with a higher U price , and in turn that will only happen with time , therefore the sale also buys time
