I expect the buyer to be an end user ie power utility,who will take there 25% in uranium each year,some sort of premium will be paid no doubt.
I have been in and out of PDN over the last 8 years,made good profits out of the SMM take over ,but I believe the present situation and low entry price will be the most profitable to date. Good luck to all....
