A cap raise of that scale is very hard to keep under wraps .. which is why they started last night while the market was closed.

If they come out early this morning with a strong statement saying there is no truth in the article.. then we will know they had nothing to do with it.

If however they wait until tomorrow or Monday.. it means one of two things:

1) They will do the cap raise; or
2) They surveyed the market and they were not happy with the demand.. so they will not do a cap raise at this very moment.

So if they don't deny it outright.. the damage will have already been done.. they have shown their hand so to speak... they need cash badly.

If they don't come out and deny it this morning, they may as well raise at 30 cents and get it over and done with to be honest.
