Ah Hanlong, never ceases to amaze the depths of dodgy behaviour.
Seems that Hanlongs plan was to take SDL private (with cheap Chinese debt) and flog it to the State Steel mills for a profit.
Sounds like a nice idea in 'theory' - but not in dealing with a communist government that'll throw you in the gulag for a few decade.
