Hi GOD1.

A couple of ways to be done.
The money Hanlong borrowed I believe was from a Chinese Government body.
Chinese Government say that Hanlong have reneged on their commitments to re-pay the loan,so they are taking over the shares held in SDL.

If the Chinese Government or Large Listed Chinese company try to take over SDL,will the Australian Regulations on foreign ownership come into play? Will Australia allow SDL to be taken over by a Chinese Sovereign Company?
I thought that was why private Chinese companies have been taking over Australian companies,because they are not bound by Australian Regulations like listed companies are.
