    farmboy the Vic Roads car rego annual bill has a registration fee, plus a TAC charge approx $440, of which $40 is GST plus a 10% insurance duty on top of the TAC/GST Charge, of $44 so the $44 includes $4 which is a tax on a tax and that is on every car in Vic every year.
