I seem to be unable to agree with anyone here. Sure there are some meme stock investors here (investing purely on the belief the share price will go up) who have a vague understanding that quantum computers are a good thing, and on the other side, old school investors who still invest in growth stocks using a PE ratio. For me it's all about the science.
I agree that patents are a good thing here and give us glimpses. This stock was underated because of the weird move from mining to quantum computing and these patents showed investors that they really are a tech stock. that said, the real money and challenge is in figuring out if the quantum physics is right. And for me, knowing a little about the physics, if axe succeed this will be Nobel-esk stuff. The best minds at Google are working on this sort of stuff. Given this, I think the chances of producing a workable chip are slim but if they even come close we will all be rich.
