I think the majority of the doubts from outsiders are in the operational sides. While the deliveries have been very encouraging, very little does average people understand how this physic stuff work, so it's easy for doubters to find something in the report and operational figures and question things like R&D expenses, number of staffs, etc. May be the company could do an Q&A or webinar or even just a simple letter from CEO to cast some of those critics?
