perhaps it’s insignificant, laughable in fact that it would even be the focus of any article especially as the Patent grants have already been approved in other jurisdictions around the world.
it seems like the persuasive commentary of vested interests typically found in social forums, hotcopper, Facebook, Twitter etc has spread to once respected publications such as the AFR.
