from what I can see it looks like the sticky point is the wording which was too broad, essentially attempting to cover the use of all possible uses of a carbon nanosphere within a quantum electronic device.
Description needs to be expanded or the scope of the claim tightened.
I don’t think it’s an issue, just requires more clarity in the wording.
personally, the fact Japan, Korea, and China have granted patents gives me comfort that once the wording is clarified for AUS it’ll be granted.
