I've just seen the original article show up on my Facebook feed as well now. I'm growing increasingly infuriated at how an article written in less than an hour and without any due diligence can trigger a "please explain" by the ASX. I've seen it happen in other stocks as well. It's bullying by both parties really. you can't tell me the administrators of the ASX aren't away of the normal processes involved in a patent application.
