Says the obvious that industry consolidation is making his task harder i.e. there is not much gas left, but that they are close on three particular transactions."

I'd be very curious if anyone had access to the full article. I still think there is a large possibility of a GSA trumping this takeover if the IER comes back saying that it is a reasonable deal.
