Ex-CEO never strike me as someone who is meticulous with details, and when it comes to corporate/legal matters that's what distinguishes winners from losers. My fear has been had there been a prolonged drawn out battle and worse if Joanna believed she would lose, what damage she can do in spite. Hopefully this episode gets wrapped up quickly and halt can be lifted.
