The initial product she pitched, the One Page Proposal, was a massive flop. She will have huge trouble raising capital unless she goes private with a very low valuation as the market now does not trust her until she shows some success of Source.
According to Angel List she raised $1.5m million each in an A and B round before going IPO. For that investment now what percentage of the company would the Investors receive? not enough for the risk they are undertaking imo.
