Its very disappointing that its come to this. They have had plenty of time to get this business up and running, but I think Merchants are doing the right thing by forcing Joanna and Kent's Hand. I am still hopefully a BIG american company can see some value and buy Source and the Database for X Million.

Sale price, what ever it is and say 27 - 28 Mill in the Bank and we are UP %, being selfish hopefully its break-even for me or a bit more.
