By the sounds of it his toughest job will be implementing a cultural change more than anything else. Very hard to do - its starts at the top but I wish him all the best. He will wear the results from now on - confident he will get the cost structures right and run a lean ship. Not so sure about getting the growth the investment world wants. Guess time will tell - 6 months is a big ask. However after 12 the needle will need to start moving.
