IMO, HW was a pain in the arse for many at SRX. Many could not understand why GW had her back. Especially head of the US.
IMO, some of the US based reg, e.g. NCCN, was driven by the US circumenting HW as she was such a pain to deal with.
This protection was clear the way she was fired within days of GW going on leave.
Now we have a CMO based in the US, hopefully we will get a Chairman based in the US who can bring some international expertise to the party.
Eady, and Bruce's accountant need to go, as soon as is possible after the appointment of the new Charmian.
