In my opinion, the only way RHY can be saved and/or share price appreciation is if FIL continues to increase it's stake to the point of getting to 19.99% and making a play for RHY. That would take ages unless they were to do some off market trades with top 20 list holders.
Therefore keep a look out for future form 604's now they have become an initial substantial shareholder (form 603). Someone or someone's on the top 20 list has sold out (via off market transfer) as I cannot see how from There first purchase of RHY on the form 603 is 14 August. By ASIC regulations they must include the last 4 months of shares purchased from the time they lodge the form 603.
Does that mean they did not purchase any shares from 10 June to 14 August?. See point 5 on for 603 lodged on 12 October. I find that hard to believe. I don't quite get it actually. Let's see what I can conjure up.
