A cohort of commercial property valuers has left listed valuation firm LandMark White for property advisory group Charter Keck Cramer.
Led by director Andrew Binney, about seven other valuers are leaving the firm to establish a Brisbane office for Charter Keck Cramer which as been expanding.
Among them include director Michael McClifty and residential development valuer and director Shaun Golden .
Charter Keck Cramer declined to comment on any new appointments.
The valuation industry has been going through a consolidation phase with several groups having been acquired in the last 18 months. Only last year global real estate firm JLL bought out another two major Australian valuation businesses.
Charter Keck Cramer have been active with a growing presence in home town of Melbourne and a recently opened office in Singapore.
The group has been doing more work in Queensland.
It acted as property and transaction advisor to Village Roadshow Theme Parks for the sale and leaseback of a 154-hectare site in Queensland, which sold to Altis Property Partners for about $100 million.
