So Rivas likely has bolted to India, with his $1m or so in bonus shares (although he prob sold them already). Investors who have done their research will know (and it was discussed here on HC before) he has history in India - being in charge when Repcol's operations there failed. Mr Rivas was fortunate enough to buy the failed business assets for $US5. This was publicly available information even before Rivas was hired by CH.
