    Minority shareholders will lose.

You are up against the might of Seven, a cash rich savvy corporate. Seven have shown their hand. they have complete control of company operations and have had the constitution changed to benefit them.

I do not believe they are doing this to sell it off, $20M revenue at 50% margin is a good enough reason to take full ownership.

The aquisition of Seven and the expansion of VividWireless gives Seven economy of scale to integrate all intergroup IT platforms to make huge cost benefits by combining all ops into one big IT pool. This is likely one of the major drivers of this push right now. What is the current Seven IT platform and when is it due for a major refresh? Do the research.

The client base is extremely sticky as we see in most VOIP & ISP's, there has been no growth in the last 3 years of Seven being a majority shareholder. The client base is a guaranteed annuity.

Seven will win, cling on for dear life but expect your shareholding to be worth much less in 6 mths time. Watch Eng take loans from Seven, spend that money with Seven subsidiaries and go broke passing assets such as the name & client base to Seven in lieu of debt leaving behind a stripped out shell.

Take the 70c, hold out for a bit more if you want but do not ever expect to get more than that.
