There is a little thing called good Corporate Governance which, although we may not have much leverage with, the press opposite Seven will have a field day over.

Nearest industry competitor MNF is almost at an all time high share price, and has record profits. ENG should be up with them except they have been deliberately held back, and ENG was at an all time low when Seven made their play.

Daylight robbery is exactly what this is an attempt at, and hopefully the Minority Shareholders will call Seven on it.
