Standup, it's generally accepted that Seven will most likely end up with it. The question is how much should they pay Minority Shareholders as they show us the door?
Realistically Engin is a blimp on Seven's portfolio radar, however they really don't need their name dragged thru the media on Corporate Governance issues, and being seen kicking 2,400-odd Mum & Dad investors who they inherited from a bad deal. It will cost them a bit more to ensure they don't get too much bad publicity, but anything less than $10M is really chump change to them anyway.
I have heard that Howes is getting very close to the numbers required to block the deal, no doubt it will be an interesting race to the finish line at the end of the month ...
