If it has been Karst Peak and Milford that has been suppressing the price while they accumulate, it makes you wonder why they would appear in the Fin saying they think it's a $10 plus share.
Is this a sign they've filled their boots and now want the price to appreciate? That price suppression, at least by them, is over?
Thoughts?
