My understanding is that the JV certainly did do a recalculation of the reserves estimates and that is what drove the increase to 330 2c for SNE which was approximately double the "gas cap" estimate (the additional higher pre-drill estimate of around 450 2c for the Aptian carbonates being water wet).

The recalculations including other prospects were reported by FAR in April 2015 and resulted in some overall reduction in the total Senegal pre-drill estimates due to the Aptian being water wet and the failure of the upper fans at FAN 1, but part compensated for by the addition of the new level prospects Sirius and Soleil (the Buried hills prospects being unaffected).
