hahahahahahahaaha!!!!!! ok lets go through a scenario if we are talking long term.

RIO needs uranium, like all other resources it is limited. hence over the next 1000 years or so, we will start to run out.

So now lets pretend like i am a corporate adviser for RIO, i better put my hand up now and say that we should factor in the possibility that at some stage in the future (at least a decade away) olympic dam may be operational and the price of uranium might fall. So "lets pay less for EXT now just in case that happens"

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope you are kidding us all? By the time olympic dam opens, RIO will be flooding the market with EXT's uranium and it will have long term contracts signed for the next 50 years so that if the price of uranium does fall, RIO wont be effected at all....

This does not even consider AREVA getting involved as the price of uranium does not affect them at all as they are supplying it to their own power stations....
