This is a good outcome for all concerned, as far as I can see. Management has obviously been working hard negotiating behind the scenes on these assets, and if they pull it off they will have justified their rather generous compensation packages. Sometimes, patience does pay off. I can't see this stock plumbing the silly depths below $1.20 and trading at an absurd discount to cash backing. This is the catalyst we've been waiting for, for a re-rating. Broker research and follow through buying should start to appear next week IMO.
