    They will sue interstate ...the business owners who don,t file a court defence (or disputec venue under the service and execution of process Act (cmwlth) will be hit with default judgment and then be forced to pay a false judgment court debt....it happens all the time..will a W..A er fly all the way to Sydney to fight a NSW local court action?
