Interesting analysis. I teach basic contract law in New Zealand, where a travel agent has a duty of care (reasonable care) to their customer.I guess in law the relationships are very different for a stock exchange. I gather ASX and ASIC have no such relationship under Australian law.

I wouldn't call it gambling as it wasn't a penny stock unlike AVZ with over 2 million posts which is 100% gambling. The financials were audited with $15 mln in the bank and ASX announcements expecting $100 mln revenue, also add plus 50 odd other positives....The man who fooled/sold the world.
