If options are converted then an Appendix 3B would need to be lodged. A substantial holding notice is up to the individual to lodge so this doesn’t always happen.
In other companies, directors have owned shares in undisclosed shell companies and have sold shares through these without disclosure. There are a few tricks the unscrupulous have up their sleeve.
