Is it possible that the shares issued to all these other parties at sharp discounts were not in fact for services rendered some time back when the price was lower as was disclosed, but sold to these companies by the directors to make a quick buck? I recall these were not disclosed appropriately at the time, but the company claimed they were for services rendered?
