I agree you cant hold ASX or ASIC responsible for the collapse, but it appears to me, those pumping it or overexposed to it imo were totally mislead by the financials....
I mean, common - check out the 4C, ok the cash is there, but certainly with no liabilities listed , IE the FC sponsorship/factoring agreement/ loan agreement...……….. I can understand that shareholders thought there was growth and value.
If they had listed the liabilities, which would have matched the cash, I don't think it would have cranked from penny stock to great heights, but with seemingly no liabilities against growing cash its seems reasonable to me that some people feel as though they were mislead even if they didn't fully appreciate the video/youtube model dressed up as some revolutionary pillar...……
I hope someone in authority act to freeze some assets and some proper safeguard is designed to make sure this sort of sheeeet doesn't catch a ride on the ASX again
At the very least the 4C's seems somewhat seriously bloody deficient to me, no liabilities/loans listed
