    Don’t think anyone is debating whether or not the finance arrangement itself was fraudulent or illegal, but whether or not BIG telling shareholders that 22.5m million in loans from FC were actual receipts from customers is fraudulent or not.

    Just go back and read the 4C statements srsly.
