    dont rate as a chartist but i would have thought the 83 to 85 level may be a bit of a barrier on the way to your 89 -after all that was just one spike whereas the 83 to 85 level has been tried three times in past 12 months

    i would love views from other chartists as it is I believe a quite intriguing chart
