RD, I have wondered for a while why the news for Maitland has stopped coming. From memory, they reported an initial JORC on one of the 3 drilled areas (Area B from A,B,C if I remember correctly) and then nothing else, strange.

They reported the JORC on 4t July, Areas A & C where also drilled but no report. Not even a "nothing found". Strange.

There is a big chunk of resource between Area A & B that is not owned by IOH which would appear to have a probable size of 500-750Mt of magnetite. Is IOH trying to secure this tenement, interesting.

FMG want 50% stake in Maitland, could this be anything to do with their long term plans to have a separate entity that deals with magnetite only (which they talked of floating on the HK exchange), interesting.

FMG has 3.2 Bt of magnetite and IOH (big) may have up to 5.5 Bt (Maitland 1-1.5 + Mt Dempster 3-4 Bt) with many of the new steel making factories requiring high grade pellets. Interesting.

Cant wait to get more news.
