yep, & they mention that the contract is for Rio's pilbara mines doing waste management & industrial services. Says the financial terms will be material to earnings. Like the part about KKR's waste management unit BIS looking around for bolt on acquisitions in the mining services - logistics space and is belived to have shown considerable interest in tox.
In my opinion, with the deal to be announced on monday, looks like BIS will have to pay around $6 per share to even get a meeting with tox management, even then tox should tell em' their dreaming
