    i was thinking the same, but i looked back on TOX trading halt history (please refer to the gorgan projet contarct trading halt).

    BUT, i wouldnt be suprized to see a double announcement monday morning for the RIO contract plus a take over offer by KKR. TOX directors are could be using these 3/5 days to evalaute the offer.
