Nexus confirms FPSO talks
Australia-based Nexus Energy has confirmed it is in discussions with a contractor for a floating production, storage and offloading vessel, but said negotiations were continuing.

The company made the announcement after an article published The Australian Financial Review, which said Nexus was believed to be in ?serious discussions? with UK engineering group Petrofac.
The newspaper also said Nexus was getting nearer to securing debt funding for its A$1 billion ($989.89 million) Crux liquids project from Australia?s ANZ Bank.
In its announcement, Nexus said it was also in discussions with a project financier and potential joint venture partners.
?However, these negotiations are presently incomplete and as with all negotiations Nexus will make an announcement once it is certain,? the company said.
