I think Stockland have invested alot of time into accumalating this stock to have the rug pulled from underneath them. I wouldnt be suprised to see a Aveum type move on the stock in the near future as this stock is more then a perfect fit for the Stockland group Shopping Centres, Retirement Villages both with recurring cash flow and then land. Watch this space as the fire is only smoldering at the momment a bushfire not far off I think.
