Thats so very true ..and what an ABSOLUTELY perfect fit for Stockland also , the powers at be in Stockland may well be viewing this as a last ditch opportunity , they would be looking at the Asset base and licking their lips .
Not suprised to see the group take a small breather ..BUT DONT SELL ..( in my opinion anyhow ) ..the upside is 50% plus on the current SP .
