Been a bit of a shocking week, and the week is not finished.
Some thoughts
1. OZL could extend the buyback by another $100m 2. OZL could distribute SFR shares to OZL holders at the rate of 2 SFR shares for every 21 OZL shares owned. OZL pays the CGT and OZL holders get the SFR shares at a minimal tax impost. (MX published an AFR article about this a while ago - I was a bit hesitant to begin with, but can now see merit in it). The OZL sp would drop, but it could be quite tax effective for holders.
