Agree Wang, sounds to me like the tonnage per annum can and will be ramped up significantly - absolute frustration in the short term with another delay but all augers well for a seriously increased output/annum is my bet.
Surely the key decision makers and major holders are as frustrated as we are and will be kicking some bums as a result.
Still shaking my head at that research report. Not worth the paper it's written on... garbage in, garbage out, and the assumptions made within are garbage.
