guys, seriously, you need to learn how to read reports...i ask you, you are a director of this, you have spent a pile on the bfs, you flagged to all at a presso not a few weeks back its due in Oct..Oct comes and you say out of the blue you are changing the scope of this study (that you have just spent a packet on )....ok fine, but what possible reason would you not say .."these are the numbers we already have, but by upscaling we can make them even better"....if they could have they would have,,,imo
guys, seriously, you need to learn how to read reports...i ask...
