    At this stage, could someone please explain what the downside is in not accepting Landbridge's offer on Monday.
    I have held out in the belief that WCL offers tangible value in the future based on the GSA and also on the recommendation of the directors not to accept the offer. I have become extremely disgruntled by the Board!
