I think they are going to do just fine.
MTS is well diversified enough and still pretty darn profitable.
How many Aldi are there? no where near as many as IGA. Lets face it Aldi shoppers can often be a special kind of special. With these days of frozen berry simpsons I like to know where my food is from not that it is just cheaper.
While I enjoy a few of their products I still go to woolworths and IGA to get the majority of the brands I am asked to get.
When I shop at Aldi's i cant help but ask myself how many tons of carbon went into getting a lot of this stuff here.
I support IGA because I prefer to support local business.
Really at these SP I think MTS is pretty darn cheap.
